Sadly for Skip, the weather report started losing viewer interest, and no one felt the need to even watch Skip. So, Skip makes a weather broadcast telling the townspeople the weather will be almost always nice. The machine could change the weather, so Ben pressed a few buttons and the thunderstorm suddenly disappeared. Ben presents the Weather O Matic to Skip.
